Template + foundation

  • SaaS Starter, Admin Dashboard, or Blog/CMS — Next.js, strict TypeScript, Tailwind v4
  • Quality Gate Report PDF generated for your specific build, delivered with handover

Branding

  • Logo placement on header, footer, favicon, and OG images
  • Accent colour token override (one hue, dark + light mode)
  • Display font swap (one Google Font or your own)
  • OG image regeneration for top 5 pages

Content placement

  • Up to 10 pages of your copy placed
  • Up to 20 listing, blog, or product entries from CSV or JSON
  • Up to 10 hero / section images placed

Wiring + integrations

Each provider set up under Halbon Labs and transferred to you at handover, so you don’t have to spin up six separate accounts before kickoff.

  • Authentication: Supabase Auth, Clerk, or NextAuth — one provider
  • Email: Resend or Postmark — one provider
  • Analytics: GA4, Plausible, or PostHog — one provider

What you provide

NoteOne service you create yourself: Stripe. Stripe requires you to complete KYC in your business name — legal entity, bank account, identity verification. We can’t do this for you, but everything else (GitHub, hosting, auth, email, analytics, domain) we set up under Halbon Labs and transfer to you at handover.

Before kickoff:

  • Logo files (PNG or SVG)
  • Brand colour preference and display font preference
  • Copy for up to 10 pages
  • Up to 10 hero images and up to 20 listing entries (CSV or JSON)
  • Domain access — existing provider login or invite — OR confirmation we should register one for you
  • Stripe account created in your business name, KYC completed (you can kick off KYC days before kickoff; we build with test-mode keys and switch to live the moment your account is verified)
  • 30 minutes for a kickoff scoping call

Timeline — 5 business days from kickoff

Day 1 morning — scoping call. We confirm the template, branding direction, content scope, the two custom features, and verify Stripe + asset readiness.

Day 1 afternoon to Day 2 morning — branded build. Template installation, branding swap, content placement, integrations wired, custom features implemented.

Day 2 afternoon to evening — buyer simulation testing. The same QA process every Template Empire release passes: clone, install, run, smoke test every page. Quality Gate Report PDF generated for your specific build.

Day 3 — handover. Repo transfer, deployment access transfer, domain live on production, support window starts.

In practice most builds complete in three business days. The 5-day commitment is your protection against buyer-side asset delays.

What is not included

Anything that isn’t in the standard Template Empire Lite kit, isn’t a small feature (defined below), or requires a new architectural pattern. Specifically:

  • Full CRM, full e-commerce checkout flow, full ticketing system, full real-time notifications system, full AI assistant, full mobile companion app, full multi-tenant rebuild — anything that is effectively a different product
  • Custom design beyond accent + font tokens (no new layouts, no bespoke component design)
  • Content writing — you provide copy, we place it
  • Logo design, brand identity work, marketing collateral
  • Multi-language / i18n beyond what the kit ships
  • SEO content, backlinks, marketing campaigns
  • Image / photo licensing
  • Account creation for third-party services beyond the ones listed above (you create accounts, we wire them)
  • Data or email migration from existing systems
  • Tax, VAT, or legal copy beyond the kit’s structural scaffold
  • Ongoing maintenance beyond the 7-day support window — available as a separate retainer

What counts as a small feature

Note

A small feature takes about 4 hours of focused work, fits the existing template architecture, and uses no new third-party services beyond what the kit ships with.

Examples that fit: one additional page with a specific function, one custom API endpoint, one calculator or quote tool, one CSV export, one custom admin panel, one new modal or drawer for a specific use case, one third-party integration swap (for example, wire Loops.so instead of the default email provider).

Not small: a full CRM, a real-time notification system, a custom payment processor beyond Stripe, a multi-tenant rebuild, a mobile app, an AI assistant. We scope each feature on the kickoff call before work starts — anything larger gets quoted separately.

Refund policy

  • Before kickoff (deposit cleared, assets not yet supplied): 100% refundable minus Stripe processing fees (~3.5%)
  • Days 0–1 of work (work started, assets received): 50% refundable
  • Day 2 onwards: non-refundable, but credits transferable to a Template Empire purchase of equivalent value within 12 months

If we cause a delivery delay past day 5, you receive a 10% credit per business day late, up to 50% of the total. Past day 10 vendor-caused, you can request a full refund and walk away with whatever’s been built.

Frequently asked

Can you really deliver in 5 business days?

Most builds complete in three. The 5-day commitment is buffer for buyer-side asset delays. The work itself — template installation, branding, content placement, integrations, custom features, QA — fits comfortably in 16-24 hours of focused work on a Lite kit we’ve architected ourselves.

What if I don’t have all my assets ready when I pay the deposit?

The 5-day clock starts when the asset pack is complete and your Stripe KYC is verified, not when the deposit clears. You can pay the deposit to reserve a slot and supply assets within the following week or two. Reasonable lead time keeps the slot live; if the gap stretches past 30 days without contact, the slot lapses and we agree a fresh kickoff date.

Can I change my mind on the template after the deposit?

Yes, until the build starts. After the scoping call confirms the chosen template and work begins, switching templates restarts the clock and may incur a partial restocking fee depending on how far in we are.

What if my custom feature ends up bigger than expected on the call?

We agree scope before work starts. If the feature you describe is larger than the small-feature definition, we either trim it down to fit, swap it for a smaller scope, or quote the additional work separately. No surprises mid-build.

What stack will my build use?

Whichever stack the Template Empire Lite kit ships in. Currently Next.js (React 19, TypeScript strict, Tailwind v4, Drizzle ORM on Postgres). Other stacks (Django, Rails, Nuxt, SvelteKit) are on the roadmap but not available for this offer yet.
