Template Empire is live. You can browse, purchase, and download templates and UI kits today. Every product with an active "Buy" button has passed our full release sign-off: working demo, verified Lighthouse scores, complete documentation, and a live Stripe checkout. Products marked "coming soon" are on the public roadmap but not yet purchasable.

Coming-soon products are real items on our public roadmap. They are visible so you can see where the catalogue is heading. They have not passed release sign-off yet and are not available to purchase. We do not list products as available until they are genuinely ready.

The current live catalogue focuses on Next.js Lite templates. Pro, Enterprise, and additional stacks (Remix, SvelteKit, Laravel) are on the roadmap and will follow once Lite demand shapes the next priority. Check the /templates page for the current live products.

After checkout you receive an email with your download link and licence key. You get the full source code with no obfuscation and no lock-in. Download, unzip, and follow the included setup guide to get running.

Scores are stock production-build audit averages across desktop light, desktop dark, mobile light, and mobile dark runs on all included pages. They are not guarantees for modified deployments. Hosting, third-party scripts, analytics, large media, and buyer changes all affect real-world results. See the Standards page for the full methodology.

Every purchase includes a commercial licence covering unlimited personal and client projects. You can use the template to build products for yourself or for clients with no per-project fee. You cannot resell or redistribute the source code as a template.

Yes. The commercial licence covers unlimited client projects. Build as many products as you want for yourself or your clients with a single purchase.

Yes. All purchases include lifetime updates for that product. When we ship a new version you will be notified and can download the latest release at no extra cost.

Full-stack templates are built on Next.js (App Router), Supabase (Postgres, Auth, Storage), Stripe for billing, and Tailwind CSS with shadcn/ui for the UI layer. Empire UI kits are built on Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui with GSAP animations and Lenis smooth scroll where applicable.

Empire UI kits are industry-specific UI component collections with pre-built pages, layouts, and components designed for a particular vertical (healthcare, legal, fintech, and others). They are built on Next.js, Tailwind, and shadcn/ui and give you a production-ready design system without starting from scratch.

Lite templates cover the core features needed to launch: auth, billing, dashboard, and key pages. Pro templates go deeper with advanced features, more pages, additional integrations, and extended admin tooling. Pro is on the roadmap and will follow Lite demand.

Because our products are digital downloads, we do not offer refunds once the source code has been accessed. If you have an issue with your purchase, contact support@templateempire.io and we will do everything we can to help.

The standard commercial licence already covers unlimited projects including client work, so most agencies do not need anything additional. If you need a custom arrangement such as white-labelling or an enterprise agreement, get in touch at support@templateempire.io.
