Do Not Sell or Share
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Last updated: 22 May 2026
Short answer
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We never have, and we have no plans to. This page exists so California residents (CPRA / CCPA) and other US-state-privacy residents can confirm that fact in writing on a dedicated route.
What we do with your data
We use your data to deliver the products you buy, to keep your account secure, to send transactional emails (order confirmations, licence keys, security alerts), and — only with your consent — to improve the site via anonymised analytics. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.
We do not run ad networks, we do not embed third-party tracking pixels for marketing partners, and we do not sell or share customer lists with anyone.
Global Privacy Control (GPC)
If your browser sends the Global Privacy Control signal, we treat it as a binding opt-out from optional analytics: Microsoft Clarity never loads on your session, regardless of any prior accept stored in your browser. This is consistent with CPRA § 1798.135(b)(1) and the California AG's 2022 enforcement opinion that opt-out-preference signals carry the weight of a verifiable consumer request. The cookie banner may still appear so you can confirm or override your choice; clicking Reject is honoured equally.
How to confirm or change your status
Existing customers can confirm their data status and request deletion at any time by emailing support@templateempire.io. We do not require identity verification for this specific request beyond proving control of the email address on the account.
Other state privacy laws
Residents of Colorado (CPA), Connecticut (CTDPA), Virginia (VCDPA), Utah (UCPA), Texas (TDPSA), and other US states with similar opt-out rights are covered by the same blanket statement above: we do not sell or share, and we honour browser-based opt-out signals.
