Template Empire

Your kit, built into a working app.

You bought the frontend. I build the backend it runs on: accounts, data, and the integrations your product needs, wired into your kit and deployed. Tell me what you are building and I will come back with a fixed quote or a short call.

Backends vary too much to pre-price, so every build is scoped and quoted from your brief. No charge to send one.

How it works

1. Send a brief. Fill in the form below. It takes a few minutes and tells me everything I need to scope the work: what the app does, who logs in, what it stores, and what it connects to.

2. I scope and quote. Within two business days you get a fixed quote for a defined build, or a short call if the project needs a conversation first. Quote in hand, no obligation.

3. I build and deploy. Your kit becomes a working application: backend wired in, data flowing, integrations live, deployed to your hosting and handed over with the full repo.

What a backend build covers

The kit gives you the interface. The build gives you the engine behind it:

  • Accounts and access: sign-in, roles, and permissions, from a simple login to multi-tenant organisations
  • Data layer: the database, schema, and APIs your screens read from and write to
  • Integrations: payments, email, analytics, AI, notifications, and the third-party services your vertical depends on
  • The harder parts: file uploads, search, reporting, background jobs, real-time data, or a public API where you need them
  • Deployment and handover: everything deployed to your hosting, with the repository and a handover doc transferred to you

Why it is quoted, not fixed-price

A simple booking tool and a multi-tenant SaaS platform share the same kit but are weeks apart in backend work. Pre-pricing one number would either overcharge the simple build or underdeliver the complex one. So I scope from your brief and quote the real thing. The more you can tell me below, the tighter and faster the quote.

What helps me quote faster

NoteShare links to anything that shows what you have in mind: a Figma file, your current site, a written spec, a competitor you want to match, or a spreadsheet of the data you need to manage. Links only for now; if a build goes ahead, I will set up a proper place for larger files.

Tell me about your build

Required fields are marked. Everything else is optional but helps. One person reads every brief: me.

Integrations to wire

Tick what applies. Custom or external ones are the biggest variable.

Anything beyond standard CRUD?

Optional. These are the things that move a quote.

Figma, your current site, a spec, or examples. Anything that helps me understand it.

I only use this to scope your project. No drip, no resold lists.

Prefer to talk it through first?

If you would rather walk through it live before sending a brief, book a 30-minute scoping call. It is $149 and credited toward your build if you go ahead.

Builds are delivered by Halbon Labs, the studio behind Template Empire.
